Summer Programme
The Summer Programme runs from June 2008 until the end of September 2008.
Duplicate bridge is played every Wednesday and Friday. Play starts at 7.00pm sharp.
Duplicate Pairs is usually played, but there are occasional Teams of Four.
For the Teams of Four, choose your own partner - Your other pair will then be allocated on a seeded basis.
The Summer Trophy will be awarded to the individual with the most points over 10 of the 15 weeks that the competition will be running. Separate trophies will be awarded for Wednesdays & Fridays.
Masterpoints will be awarded every Friday.
Partners
If you have no partner, then one can be arranged by the club.
Chicago
Chicago bridge can be played by members at their houses on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. This is organised by one of our members. To take part you will need a card table, four bidding boxes and two packs of cards! We do play for money - 1p per 100!
Swiss Teams
Our Swiss Teams event, open to all, is held annually in November. Details will be published nearer the date.
